PJ Tucker seemed to fit in the moment he stepped on the court with the Toronto Raptors. Although his time with the Raptors was short he made a huge impact from day one. He didn’t have time to learn the playbook when he was traded but fit in the first game like he had already been playing with the team all season. In the locker room he was also a motivator for the team, constantly giving words of encouragement and motivation. He also joined teammates on events around Toronto and supported his fellow teammates who played in the NBA D-League Championship.
He was acquired by the Raptors form the Phoenix Suns in February and played 24 regular season and 10 playoff games with the club.
The deal is 4-years, $32 Million. He now joins his friend Chris Paul who just left the Clippers and will shore the court with James Harden.
Chris Paul played big role getting friend PJ Tucker to HOU. Raps offered 3 yrs/$33M, Rockets deal is 4/$32M, partial guarantee in last year

Tucker was almost immediatly a fan favourite for his attitude and the way he embraced the city and country of Canada. One our favourite off court moments was when Tucker and Patrick Patterson wore the same sweater.
