NHL and NHLPA Donate $200,000 to Harvey Flooding Relief

The National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA) and National Hockey League (NHL) today announced a donation of $200,000 to the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity in support of relief efforts in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding areas.

The ongoing impact of Hurricane Harvey continues to cause immense damage. The donation to the American Red Cross will support shelters and the distribution of food and supplies. The donation to Habitat for Humanity will support the rebuilding of lost and damaged homes.

Donated funds will be split equally between American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity. T
