NBA Awards Winners And Losers (Looking At You Drake)

The inaugural NBA Awards were handed out on Monday night in NYC by Drake. If you missed them, you didn’t miss much. The first 10 minutes were so painful most probably changed the channel. An awkward monologue by Drake started the show off, although he did have a few good lines “New York, the city that never sleeps. Probably because everyone is afraid they are going to get traded.”  After that line he tossed the mic over to the TNT crew where Kenny Smith said that Drake was funny but the ask the question “Did Drake write it?” which was met with an awkward hush, but also a good laugh. Drake was legit mad and had a clapback after a commercial break, a break where you could tell he was crying because he got burned.
