The ultimate sneakerhead just spent almost a quarter of a million dollars on Michael Jordan worn sneakers. The golden shows were worn by the G.O.A.T during the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and sold on Sunday for $190,372 during and online auction.
During the game Jordan scored 20 points against Spain wearing –wait for it– Converse brand shoes. They were the last non-Nike shoes that the legend was ever seen wearing (according to SCP, the auction house behind the sale). He gave the shoes to an 11-year-old ball boy after the game and signed each shoe.
