Former Toronto Blue Jay At Vegas Concert During Shooting

Former Blue Jay Mike Timlin was in Las Vegas on Sunday and escaped the deadliest mass shooting in modern United States history unharmed.

The 51-year-old was atthe Route 91 Harvest country music festival where over 500 people were injured and more than 58 killed by a terrorist.

Less than an hour before the shooter released fire Timlin posted a selfie from the crowd

The 4x World Series Champ send out a tweet hours later to let everyone know he was ok


Timlin was part of the Blue Jays winning roster in 1992 & 1993. In his seven seasons with the Blue Jays he appeared in 305 MLB games, compiling a record of 23–22, with 52 saves and a 3.62 ERA. In 393 13 innings pitched, he struck out 331 batters while walking 167.
